When the founder of our company, Eddie Hsu, decided to form a real estate firm in 1980, he had a dream. He envisioned that someday this company would grow to be one of the largest real estate firms in the community, providing the best and complete service in all aspects of real estate. He named this company New Century, a real estate company of the next century.

Throughout the years, New Century has grown in a steady rate. In 1996, we joined Coldwell Banker, the nationally and globally most recognized industry leader in real estate field. This affiliation with Coldwell Banker opened up a new horizon for us. We have been expanding rapidly ever since. We continue to broaden our sales force. Our real estate services include residential, commercial, industrial, land, business opportunities, property management,. mortgage loans and development, etc.
